The first Left 4 Dead game came out North America and Australia on november 18 2008, and in Europe and Japan on november 21 2008. Left 4 Dead 2 came out november 17 2009 in North America, and november 20 2010 in Europe. Left 4 Dead focuses on 4 new survivors, fighting through hordes of zombies to get to the safe house,

Gameplay!

Left 4 Dead 2 is an first.person shooter cooperative, which means that you see the game like its in real life, (like the picture below)You only can see your weapon or something else in the video game.

In each stage there is an safehouse, but in the final stage of each level you and your friends have to call for rescue, and survive until the rescue arrives.

Gamemodes!

Left 4 Dead 2 includes 4 game modes:
1, Campaign: In the campaign the four survivors try to make thier way trough zombie hordes, to get to the safehouse.
2, Versus: You can only play versus online, wich means that you play with other players around the world. In versus, the four survivors (played by real persons) try try to make thier way to the safehouse, while 4 special infected (also played by real persons) try to stop them.
3, Survival: A challenge where the survivos play in one section of the map, and try to survive as long as pooible against the infected.

The Infected!

there is very many different kinds of zombies. There is the normal common zombies, and the special infected. The special infected have special abilities. Here is 3 examples.

1, Boomer: Boomer is a fat infected whose bile blinds and attract common infected.

2, Charger: Charger is an big and fast infected with an gigantic right arm. It charges on an player and punch him/her.

3, Tank: Tank is the biggest, strongest and has the most life of all zombies. It can throw away both players and other stuff on the map.
